Orna Ered, Broker owner of Elite Residential Realty, a boutique-style Real Estate brokerage specializing in residential real estate throughout the San Fernando Valley & Conejo Valley. Serving clients ranging from first-time home buyers to builders, investors and those who have bought and sold many times in the past.

Born and raised in Israel, Orna moved to the United States in 1976 and started her business career in 1985 by founding, owning, and operating Private Affairs, an event planning and coordinating service.

In 1999 Orna began her Real Estate career, her reputation was built upon a strong foundation of personalized service and extraordinary attention to details. Throughout her career, she is consistently recognized for her leadership and hard work with honors including the prestigious Chairman's Circle award which placed her in the top 3% of all Realtors nationwide, as well as recognition for earning top listing, top producer and top sales achievements amongst her peers.

Normal Day

• 5:30 am; strong believer that you must spend time working on yourself before your business

• Twice a week- hold training classes for new agents

• Help agents with their contracts and documents as needed

• Recruit new agents

• Review Multiple Listing Service for new properties listed

• Work on marketing creating pieces for the agents and the company (Email marketing/social media)
